White-headed Pigeon Photos

Columba leucomela

A big pigeon that from what I read, sometimes feeds on the ground in urban and suburban parks and gardens. Hah!  Not for me! Saw them in a few places, but the ones I came across were relatively spooky. This is from the Promised Land Retreat near Bellingen (fabulous place to stay, BTW!).
