My Favorite : Such cheery little fellows! I see them very frequently in the wooded areas around Sioux Falls, but I hear them much more than I see them! The photo below shows one mid-song, from June 2nd, 2005 at Perry Nature Area near Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I like the pose, the open bill as he sings, and the unique curve of the branch cutting through the scene.
