Wilson's Phalarope Photo

This photo of a Wilson's Phalarope in flight was taken on July 4th, 2005 on the Fort Pierre National Grasslands south of Pierre.  There was a small stock pond in the middle of the grasslands, where this pair of phalaropes were obviously nesting.  Taken with Canon 20D, 400 5.6L lens.
