Pied-billed Grebe Photos

I love these little guys, but they can be frustrating to photograph.  They usually don't fly away, but instead, sink slowly beneath the surface and then swim further away under water.  Usually, that happens about 2 seconds before I'm ready to press the shutter button.   You do come across some very cooperative ones on occasion though.
