Harlequin Duck Photo

This photo was taken on June 22nd, 2006 near Soldatna, Alaska.  He was sitting in a small rushing creek only about 1/4 mile upstream of where it entered the ocean...a very pleasant surprise to see him sitting there, and thankfully he was extremely cooperative.  Canon 20D, 400 5.6L lens.
