Elf Owl Photos

It was quite a thrill to catch photos of this guy.  My son and I had been hearing them at night at the bed and breakfast we were staying at outside of Tucson, but couldn't see them.  I got up before dawn and camped out near the group of large Saguaros where they were calling from, and caught this guy flying in right before dawn, as he landed in a bush and stared at me for a while before flying up to his hole in the saguaro.  Wonderful experience!!
