Common Redpoll Photo

This photo was taken on October 15th, 2006 along the west shoreline of Lake Thompson, Kingsbury County.  Nice warm day, short-sleeves, walking along the shoreline shooting Long-billed Dowitchers...Redpolls were pretty much the last thing I was thinking about when a pair popped up right next to me.  Canon 20D, 400 5.6L lens.
