This photo was taken on May 7th, 2008 on the outskirts of Tucson, Arizona.  Pretty amazing to watch these guys grab hold of a Prickly Pear cactus lobe and start munching, thorns and all.  Photo taken with Canon 20D, 400 5.6L.
